Call for Artists: Pocket Plaza
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking artists to create work to be displayed at the new pocket plaza, located on 2nd St SE, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues SE. The selected artist will receive $1,500 for their work. Submissions are due March 9, 2020.
This project includes art in two locations: a banner mural consisting of 4 panels to be installed on the side of the building currently occupied by Cobble Hill restaurant, and 5 panels to be installed in frames along the fence.
