Melanie Smith, Tough Mudder extraordinaire and fitness leader will guide you through a moderately intensive workout. No experience is necessary and all are welcome.

Melanie is passionate about fitness. In this 45 minute class, you’ll get a great workout helping to ensure that you will maintain, not gain in the coming winter months.

STEAM Saturdays @ Ladd Library

Saturday mornings are for investigation! Elementary aged children and parents/guardians/ care-givers are invited to participate in a STEAM project that they will work on individually or with others.

Participants will be encouraged to share their findings or work with the group. We will also celebrate the scientists, mathematicians, engineers, and artists who inspired today’s project. Using household items we will create marble ramps. Before getting started families are encouraged to create a design plan for their ramp and at the end of the program share their designs with one another.
