This movie is approximately 2 ¼ hours long. Refreshments, including fresh popcorn, will be provided!
Melanie Smith will be here to help us stay in shape all winter long! Join us as we kick, lunge and punch the winter blues away. Ages 8+ are welcome.
This exercise class will feature medium intensity exercise. All exercises can be modified for all abilities. Some yoga mats will be available but feel free to bring your own as supplies are limited. Water will also be provided.
