ICCA Presents: Working with Board Members
Tuesday, September 15, 4:00PM -6:00PM
at Riverside Theatre
213 N Gilbert St, Iowa City IA 52245
Do you wish your board members had a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities? Would you like your board members to build more bridges to the community and to supporters? Is committee and board member involvement and follow-through a challenge?
In this session, Regenia D. Bailey will talk about the role of the board and how to engage board members in ways that support and advance your organization in the community. We’ll have time to talk about your challenges—and successes—in effectively involving board members in the work of your organization.
